Step 8: Add Additional Tickets
Go to http://www.giants.com/ and hold your mouse over the "TICKETS" menu. A drop-down menu will appear. Select "My Giants Account."
Your Account ID can be found on your Season Ticket invoice. You can also use the e-mail address on your season ticket account as your Account ID to log-in. If you do not remember your password you may either call the team or request Ticketmatser send you a new one by clicking the "Forgot Password" field beow the Account Manager Log-In.
Once you are logged in, click on "manage my tickets" towards the right hand side of the screen.
You will be brought to a screen which lists your events in a calendar view. Click on "Advanced Options" towards the right hand side of your screen.
Your screen will fade to bring the Advanced Options pop-up. Please note, this may not work on AOL internet browsers. Select "Transfer Tickets to a Friend" under the "Choose an Action" menu.
You will automatically see that your seats are selected for the games in the month of whichever calendar month you are currently viewing. Verify that the information is correct, and click "done."
Your action will be processed and you will be returned to the ticket calendar screen. You will be able to see that the tickets you've selected have accumulated into a ticket cart on the right hand side of your screen.
Select the next month you are transferring tickets from and repeat steps 3-6 until you have accumulated all of the tickets you are transferring into your cart.
Once you have all of the tickets in your cart select the black box that says "transfer (2)." The number in parenthesis will be the number of tickets you have selected to transfer. This number may be different depending on the number of tickets you have and the number of tickets you have sold with PSL Source.
A confirmation screen will appear showing you all of the tickets you have selected. Scroll to the bottom of this screen and click "Continue to transfer."
You will be brought to the screen below. Scroll to the center of the page where the screen reads "Choose Transfer Recipient." Add our contact information under "Enter a New Contact." First Name: PSL, Last Name: Source, E-mail address: email@example.com. Once you've added our information, click "add."
Select the bubble next to PSL Source's name and then click "next step" at the bottom of the page.
You will be brought to a confirmation screen. You may print this page for your records. After you have reached this step you are free to log out of your account.
