Step 8: Adding Additional Tickets
Go to www.seahawks.com and hold your mouse over "TICKETS." A drop-down menu will appear. Select "Account Manager."
Your Account ID can be found on your Season Ticket invoice. You can also use the e-mail address on your account as your Account ID. IF you do not remember your password you may either call the team or request Ticketmaster to send you a new one in the "Forgot Your Password?" field below the Account Manager Log-In box.
Once you are logged in, scroll down the page until you see the button that says "manage my tickets." Select "manage my tickets."
You will be brought to a screen which lists your events by month. Click "Advanced Options" next to the month you are currently in. Please note, if you are only transferring tickets for a specific event, you will need to go to the month in which that event occurs. This may or may not be the month which you are brought to automatically.
Your screen will fade to bring up the Advanced Options pop-up. Please note, this may not work on AOL browsers or browsers that have not been recently updated.) Select "Transfer tickets to a Friend" under the "Choose an Action" menu.
You will automatically see that your seats are selected for the games in the month of whichever calendar month you are currently viewing. Verify that the information is correct, and click "done."
Your action will be processed and you will be returned to the ticket calendar screen. You will be able to see that your seats have accumulated in a ticket cart on the right hand side of your screen.
Select the next month you are transferring tickets from and repeat steps 4-6 until you have accumulated all of the tickets you are transferring into your cart.
Once you have all of the tickets in your cart, select the black box that says "transfer (14)." The number in parenthesis will be the number of tickets you have selected. Please note, this number may be different depending on the number of seats you have and the number of tickets you have sold to PSL Source.
A confirmation screen will appear showing you all of the tickets you have selected. Click "Continue to transfer" at the bottom right hand side of this screen.
You will be brought to the screen below. Scroll to the center of the screen to the area that says "Choose Transfer Recipient." Add our contact information under "Enter A New Contact." First Name: PSL, Last Name: Source, E-mail: email@example.com. Next click "add."
Select the bubble next to PSL Source's name and then click "next step" at the bottom of the page.
You will be brought to a confirmation screen. You may print this page for your records. After you have reached this step you are free to log out of your account.
