Tennessee Titans Fulfillment Options

IMPORTANT TICKET FULFILLMENT INFORMATION BELOW


The Titans are expected to continue to enforce their policy by which tickets cannot be manually transferred from your Titans account until 48 hours prior to each home game. Should you choose to sell your Titans tickets to PSL Source, you must choose one of the following fulfillment options which will determine when your final payment will be issued.

Option 1: Provide Access to your Account
You provide PSL Source with limited, temporary access to your Titans online account. With this option, you will only need to provide us with your Titans account credentials (email address and password) at which point we will remit payment to you for your balance owed once the tickets are made available.

Option 2: Provide Barcodes and Manual Transfer
You provide us the barcodes for every ticket for every game that PSL Source has purchased from you. While the barcodes will be accessible through your Titans account, the process for accessing, copying, and relaying all the unique barcodes is time consuming, tedious, and open for potential costly errors. In addition, while we are able to use the barcodes to complete fulfillment for most tickets, we will still require that for certain specified tickets you also manually transfer the tickets to us through your Titans account within the 48 hour window prior to any applicable games. Once all barcodes are received we will remit payment to you for the balance owed.

Option 3: Manual Game-by-Game Transfer
You manually transfer all tickets to PSL Source within the 48 hour window prior to EACH game. Your final balance due will be paid out on a game-by-game basis on receipt of each game's tickets.



Please carefully consider the options listed above and let us know what option works best for you should you choose to sell your Titans tickets to PSL Source. Again, Option 1 is by far the easiest and simply requires you to provide PSL Source with your Titans account login information for limited, temporary access to your account. Option 2 is the most time intensive option, but will still allow you to receive your final payment due right away. Option 3 will require you to make a separate transfer prior to each home game and will delay your receipt of final payment until after the last home game is played.
